General

  • These Terms & Conditions apply to all customers using Infinite Laundromat facilities.
    • By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Customer Responsibilities

    Customers are responsible for:
  • Reading and following all machine instructions.
  • Selecting the correct machine and wash or dry program
  • Ensuring the correct machine has been selected before making payment.
  • Checking all pockets before washing.
  • Using only products suitable for commercial laundry equipment.
  • Ensuring the correct machine has been selected before making payment.
  • Removing laundry promptly after the cycle has finished.
    • Infinite Laundromat is not responsible for customer error, including:
  • Incorrect machine selection.
  • Incorrect program selection.
  • Overloading machines.
  • Incorrect detergent usage.
  • Washing or drying unsuitable items.

Prohibited Items

    The following items must not be placed in any machine:
  • Items contaminated with petrol, diesel, kerosene, paint, solvents or other flammable substances.
  • Hazardous, toxic or biohazardous materials.
  • Items that may damage our equipment or create a safety risk.
    • Management reserves the right to stop any machine being used improperly.

Payments

    Randwick Store    
  • Payment is available using approved electronic payment methods or cash top-up at the paymentkiosk
  • Coins are not accepted.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring they have selected the correct machine before makingpayment.
  • Customers should retain their payment confirmation until their cycle has been completed.
  • Unsatisfactory washing or drying results caused by unsuitable garments or incorrect settings.
    • Adelaide Store
  • The Adelaide store accepts cash and coins for machine operation.
  • Customers are solely responsible for ensuring they insert the correct amount before starting amachine.
  • Once cash or coins have been accepted by the machine, the transaction is final and cannot bereversed.
  • Cash and coin transactions cannot be independently verified.

Payment Verification

    Refunds or credits for electronic payments will only be considered where a transaction can be verified.

    Customers requesting a refund must provide:

  • Date and time of transaction.
  • Machine number.
  • Payment method.
  • Amount paid.
  • Transaction ID or receipt (where applicable).

    • Payments that cannot be verified through our payment records cannot be refunded.

    Infinite Laundromat reserves the right to refuse any refund request where the transaction cannot beverified or sufficient evidence of payment cannot be provided.

    Duplicate electronic payments caused by multiple taps or repeated payment attempts will only be refundedwhere our payment records confirm a payment system error.

Refund Policy

    Refunds may only be considered where:

  • Date and time of transaction.
  • A verified machine malfunction has occurred.
  • A verified electronic payment system error has occurred.
  • Required under the Australian Consumer Law.

    • Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Customer error.
  • Incorrect machine selection.
  • Incorrect program selection.
  • Incorrect payment amount entered by the customer.
  • Change of mind.
  • Improper use of machines.
  • Unsatisfactory washing or drying results caused by unsuitable garments or incorrect settings.

  • Cash and coin payments are final.
  • Infinite Laundromat does not provide refunds for cash or coin transactions.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring they insert the correct amount before making payment.
  • Infinite Laundromat is not responsible for incorrect cash or coin amounts inserted by the customer
  • Cash or coin transactions cannot be independently verified.

Laundry & Personal Property

    Customers use the laundromat entirely at their own risk.

    Infinite Laundromat is not responsible for:

  • Lost, stolen or misplaced laundry.
  • Laundry left unattended.
  • Damage resulting from unsuitable garments.
  • Colour transfer.
  • Shrinkage
  • Fabric damage.
  • Manufacturer defects.
  • Items left inside pockets before washing.

    • Customers should inspect garments before and after use.

Machine Availability

    While every effort is made to maintain our equipment, Infinite Laundromat does not guaranteeuninterrupted operation.

    Infinite Laundromat is not responsible for interruptions resulting from:

  • Power failures.
  • Internet outages.
  • Payment gateway interruptions.
  • Equipment breakdowns.
  • Maintenance.
  • Events beyond our reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infinite Laundromat is not liable for any indirect, incidental orconsequential loss arising from the use of our facilities.

    Customers use all equipment at their own risk.

CCTV

    CCTV surveillance operates throughout the premises for the safety and security of customers, staff andproperty.

    Recorded footage may be used for security, incident investigation and law enforcement purposes wherepermitted by law.

Customer Conduct

    Management reserves the right to refuse service or require any person to leave the premises if they:

  • Damage equipment.
  • Misuse machines.
  • Behave in a threatening, abusive or unsafe manner.
  • Interfere with other customers.
  • Engage in unlawful activity.

Unattended Laundry

    Laundry should not be left unattended.

    Laundry remaining in machines after a completed cycle may be removed by staff or other customers to make machines available for use. Infinite Laundromat accepts no responsibility for laundry removed from machines or left on the premises.

Lost Property

    Lost property may be retained for a limited period at management's discretion.

    Items not claimed may be donated, disposed of or otherwise dealt with without notice.

    Infinite Laundromat accepts no responsibility for lost or unclaimed property

Promotions

    Promotions, loyalty rewards, discounts and special offers may be amended, suspended or withdrawn at anytime without notice unless otherwise stated.

Changes to These Terms

    Infinite Laundromat reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

    The latest version published on our website or displayed in-store applies.

Australian Consumer Law

    Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot beexcluded under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation.
